Your products are valuable; they may be priceless. They must arrive at their destination in the same condition in which they left you. Our cases are individually manufactured to the exact size and specification required to achieve this.
Certified Plywood Packing Cases
We use 9mm plywood as standard, this offers protection and strength.
On all our cases we use heat treated sawn wood. We are part of the heat treated program.
Any large fragile pieces we pack into foam lined A-frame cases for extra security.
Certified Tri-wall Packing Cases
We use double wall Tri-wall, giving protection but a much lighter option than plywood.
Each later is made from triple walled cardboard, and we use two bonded together.
External wooden frames can be built to add even more strength to our already robust packing.
Heavy Duty Specialist Packing
We regularly secure Cable reels onto made to measure pallet bases ready for Air Freight.
Car cases with four way machine bases. Fully bolted up ready to be flat packed once it arrives at its destination.
Motorbikes are packed in reusable cases that allows them to be extracted without the need for dismantling.
